Sea-to-Soil
Resilience Network

The Sea-to-Soil Resilience Network is a national initiative launched by GreenWave and a coalition of partners to scale the use of kelp-based biostimulants across one million acres of farmland.

Backed by a growing body of science, these seaweed inputs reduce synthetic fertilizer use by up to 30%, cut irrigation needs by 25%, and help crops retain nutrients under climate stress—all while building healthier soils. With a stable domestic supply of farmed kelp and early success applying it to pasture and cropland, this network is accelerating research, farmer training, and supply chain development to bring a scalable, regenerative solution to the soil health and input cost crisis facing U.S. agriculture.
